To mark the start of 2024, the Brussels Mobility planning department wanted to bring the whole department together for a friendly teambuilding session that would be both instructive and useful for their work.

The Brussels Donut team, supported by Ecores for the occasion, was able to present the foundations of the Donut theory, explain how it is applied in Brussels and how the “Shifting the economy” economic transition strategy has taken it on board.

The teams were also able to compare various key themes in their work through the prism of the Donut. It was a time for analysis, but above all it enabled them to identify a number of avenues for further work, thanks to their collective intelligence.
